Contact usWhat is Function Point Analysis (FPA)?
It is the international technique (IFPUG standard) for measuring the functional size of software based on the functionality delivered to users. It is the recommended basis for contracting and paying for software development in the Brazilian public sector, ensuring objectivity and auditability in IT contracts.
Why hire an independent company to measure and audit counts?
Independent measurement removes the conflict of interest of a software factory measuring what it bills. Our audits have identified significant discrepancies in third-party counts, generating direct savings and legal certainty for the contracting institution.
Which methodologies and standards does Eficácia use?
We work with IFPUG/CPM, NESMA and the Brazilian SISP/SLTI metrics guide, plus PMBOK/PMI and SCRUM practices. Our processes follow ISO 9001 and CMMI Level 3 maturity, confirmed in a Ministry of Education certificate.
Can MEETRIKA be used at my institution?
Yes. MEETRIKA is available as SaaS (subscription), with a modular architecture, centralized SSO and an integration API. At the end of the contract, the entire history is handed over as a legacy to the institution.
